A discount is provided for check or cash payments at the time of service—the rate for payment at the time of service is discounted due to the time and effort saved versus billing. The following types of billing is available:

For your first session, please bring you Insurance ID card and a prescription for massage therapy from your referring physician (doctor, chiropractor, naturopath, etc). Some insurance policies state that a prescription is not required for massage on their policy, but unfortunately, to bill all insurance companies, massage therapists are required to provide diagnosis codes. It is beyond the scope of practice for a massage therapist to diagnosis, only physicians can do so--hence, a prescription is needed to bill all insurance claims.

Sessions are by appointment only. Please call 206.853.6875 or email rc.blake@comcast.net to schedule. If the following times do not work for you, Robbin does have time available on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday out of her other office in Lake City at Peak Sports and Spine Physical Therapy.

Robbin's office is in the University District at the corner of 45th St & 9th Ave NE. It has easy access from Interstate 5, Hwy 99 and Hwy 520 and is located on the third floor of the Metro Cinema Building.
Free parking can often be found on 8th and 9th Avenues (be careful of restriced hours in some locations). Pay parking lots can be found across the street and on the same block.
